Key assets include Strategic crown jewels include the Dadri-Panipat RLNG Pipeline (DPPL), a vital 143 km NGGS common carrier (9.5 MMSCMD authorized), seamlessly linking GAIL’s HVJPL/DVPL at Dadri and GIGL at Panipat to IOCL’s Panipat Refinery and Naphtha Cracker, supplying natural gas to fertilizer units, CGD networks, and power plants in Haryana-Uttar Pradesh.

Another cornerstone is the 1,094 km Ennore-Tuticorin-Bengaluru-Puducherry-Nagapattinam-Madurai (ETBPNMTPL) pipeline, a common carrier pipeline, commissioned in phases from 2019–2023 as India’s first high-pressure cross-country gas line in Tamil Nadu extending to Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh, linking Ennore LNG Terminal to anchor customers like CPCL Manali Refinery, Tamil Nadu Petrochemicals, Madras Fertilizers, and multiple CGD entities with zero incidents, intrusions, or downtime since inception. As the second-largest player in natural gas pipelines, IOCL serves 49 geographical areas across 115 districts, upholding world-class safety, reliability, and PNGRB-compliant efficiency to bolster India’s energy security and transition.
